Originally from Charlotte, NC, Erin attended SUNY dental assistant school in Syracuse, NY, where she discovered her passion for dentistry due to her meticulous nature about teeth. Outside work, she enjoys reading, watching her son play baseball, traveling, and savoring ice cream.
Makayla
Office Administrator & Patient Coordinator
Makayla is the Office Administrator and Treatment Coordinator at VP Dental, ensuring efficient operations and patient satisfaction. With a background in psychology and criminal justice from William Peace University, Makayla brings a compassionate approach to managing insurance, guiding patients through their coverage, and coordinating seamless treatments. She fosters a welcoming atmosphere to ease dental anxieties. Outside the office she enjoys exploring historical sites, spending time with family, and fostering her faith outside of work. Makayla’s philosophy centers on empowering patients through empathy and education to achieve optimal dental health, all with a smile.
Jordan
Dental Assistant
Jordan is a Dental Assistant at VP Dental, specializing in dental technology. Originally from Kansas, she developed a passion for dentistry after shadowing a dental office manager in North Carolina. Jordan holds a 2-year associate’s degree in arts and a certificate in dental assisting. She loves seeing people confident in their smiles and cherishes the strong bond with her coworkers. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking, going to the beach, spending time with her dogs Winston and Page, and trying out new restaurants with her husband.
Heike
Dental Hygienist
Heike is a Dental Hygienist at VP Dental. Heike’s passion for dentistry was sparked by her own experience with braces as a teenager. She holds a science degree and a dental hygiene certificate from Tunxis Community College. Outside work, she enjoys camping and boating with her husband and her beloved Great Pyrenees, Sandy. In her community, Heike volunteers for various dental and animal welfare initiatives.
Cheyenne
Office Administrator & Patient Coordinator
With 6 years of experience in dental office administration, Cheyenne is the friendly face behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From scheduling appointments and handling insurance to providing exceptional patient support, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog Titan and her two turtles Splinter and Shredder.
